Education for vocation
and profession is aim of modern Indian education. This can be achieved only if
education and its system provide varied curriculum and opportunities to its
children. School education is most important phase of each individual’s life.
Experiences gained during school life prepare children for life ahead.
It should
provide wide range of activities to choose from. Different children have
different abilities and for this schools should make provisions to let children
explore themselves. This will help them take right academic and professional
decisions, to be able to lead a happy and satisfied life ahead.
Each profession
needs skilled resources. Success of an organization and of individual depends
upon how well you know yourself and your job. Skills help in proper utilization
of material resources and of one’s own capabilities. We at present are living
in a much better world as compared to olden days. We have specialized places
and skill training institutes who dedicatedly work to help people acquire professional
skills in teaching, crafting, different forms of art and in other creative and
allied fields. Crafting classes in Delhi conduct specialized classes in quilling,
decoupage, waste material craft, weaving, embroidery, home decoration, pet and
glass jar work, paper and bead jewellery, types of paper mashie products,
candles and chocolate making, scrapbooking, folders and envelope making, punch
crafting, fabric painting, festival craft, jute and twine art, paper craft and
much more. Children and adults can learn different crafting techniques as per
their liking. One can seek job in schools as an art teacher after doing 2 years
diploma course in art and craft. Besides this, one can get specialized training
in a particular craft form and start home based business by participating in
exhibitions and selling their products online.
Skill Development Institutes and training centers
offer wide choices of programs and courses in short term modules. They focus on
developing core abilities of the person to enable them to excel in their work,
whether as an employee or as an owner of an enterprise. They help people
acquire professional and vocational skills in fine art, abstract art,
stitching, beauty culture, languages, handicrafts, weaving, teaching and training
and other technical fields. These courses are short term courses, very focused
and structured.
Just as any
other profession would need a skilled and trained worker, schools too heavily
rely on its trained staffed – especially a teacher. Success of a school and
achievements of its goals are directly dependent on its academic and teaching
staff. Well trained teachers will make school a school. NTT courses in Delhi NCR is specialized skill training course for
those who aspire to become a nursery teacher in recognized public and private
schools. It helps them to understand child as an individual and how groups,
learning environment and conditions aid in their education.
Basic education
must have support of professional training and skill development. Until then
human resource will not be of much importance.
