Children are so much
fascinated by pens, pencils, crayons, paints, brushes, colouring books, note books
where they can scribble endlessly and enjoy to core. They draw and paint their
heart out without any guilt. Walls are their canvas and the world their
imagination. Their scribbles on paper range from an ant to an elephant and goes
on till aliens. The forms, figures seem like ink dipped ant running free on
paper, yet it gives joy to them. It’s their world and here their learning
begins.
As we grow and reality
settles in, we feel how childish were we? When in school , red pen used by a
teacher is most precious and every child dreams of holding it or use it the way
teachers uses it, to put tick marks in books and copies. What joy they get to
recheck their old notebooks with red pens. Ask them then, that what they would
like to be when they grow up, and the majority would say, that I would want to
become a teacher. Seldom is it understood that a teacher is more than just a
figure how holds a pen and chalk in her hand and tries to print some sense in
child’s play. She is the one who encourages them to draw, colour, write, read,
talk and think. It involves pains taking
effort on her part to organize, unorganized inputs and observations into
meaningful concepts. A teacher may not have graduated in drawing, painting or
sketching from best Bachelors of Fine Arts in Delhi, but she manages to use Art in education in the most
appropriate way she could.
To teach small children
using Art and Craft, she herself needs to get trained in various forms of craft
and art. Top Teacher training institute in Delhi conduct special Govt. Recognized NTT and NPTT, Nursery Teacher
Training and Nursery and Primary Teacher Training programs that specially focus
on training pupil teachers in basic crafting techniques like origami, texture
and printing, Free hand drawing, doodling, finger puppet, storytelling using
teaching aids, alphabet writing, computer skills, worksheet designing,
dramatization techniques etc. Sometimes they also enroll in short term art and
craft course or in diploma art and craft courses to be efficient in making
suitable visual aids.
Teaching is an art and
requires perseverance and dedication. It is rightly said that it’s not you who
chooses a profession, but it’s the profession that chooses you. One should
enter a profession which is heartfelt and desired. Opting for what is not in
last preference will be unjust to the profession, to the one who choose and on
whom it will be applied. If you really want to become a passionate teacher and
have love for it then this is the right time to search and scroll for the
institutes who conducts B.Ed Admissions in Delhi and acquires Professional
training into becoming a good, efficient and passionate teacher.
